Meet Dr. Moody
Dr. Moody Alexander joined the practice in the summer of 1995. After graduating from Arlington High School, he headed to Texas Tech University and earned his Pre-Dental degree. He chose at that point to join the staff of Campus Crusade for Christ, an interdenominational Christian ministry. He served with Campus Crusade for three years at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. Working with college students, he further developed his relationship building skills and love for people.

He is currently a Clinical Professor in the Orthodontic Department of Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas.
Dr. Moody and his wife, Emily are proud parents of two boys, Hill and Wick, and two daughters, Avery and Isabelle. They are active members of the Arlington Presbyterian Church. Meet Dr. A
Dr. Wick Alexander has been practicing orthodontics in Arlington, Texas since 1964, having treated over 14,000 patients. After graduating from Texas Tech University, he received his dental degree (DDS) and orthodontic degree (MSD) from the Texas Dental Branch in Houston. Upon completion, he and his wife Janna moved to Arlington to begin an orthodontic practice. Dr. A enjoys being a Clinical Professor in the Orthodontic Department of Baylor College of Dentistry, a position he has held for almost 40 years. He fondly recalls teaching a significant number of orthodontists practicing today in the Metroplex and in Arlington. His primary focus over the years has been to produce the highest quality of orthodontic results in the world. An unexpected result of this quest has been the evolution of the Alexander Discipline, and orthodontic technique currently used by almost 20% of the world's orthodontists.
Dr. A enjoys traveling the globe teaching orthodontists things he has learned over 40 years. He has traveled to Japan and other Asian countries, Germany, France, Italy, Poland, and Russia, as well as multiple sites in the United States. There are currently twenty Alexander Discipline study clubs world wide. He has also authored a textbook and numerous scientific articles published in various orthodontic journals.
Aside from orthodontics, Dr. A has served as a member of the Arlington City Council, chaired Tarrant County's United Way efforts and worked with Arlington's YMCA, Big Brothers/Big Sisters and the Boys Club. He also enjoys anything to do with Texas Tech University and being a grandfather. He and Janna are charter members of the Trinity United Methodist Church in Arlington. They have three grown children, all graduates of Arlington public schools, and nine grandchildren. Their oldest son, Dr. Chuck Alexander, practices orthodontics in Montrose, Colorado.
