At Drs. Alexander Orthodontics, we realize the incredible blessings that we have in our lives and try to live by the passage from Luke that says “ to whom much is given, much is required” Aside from supporting many area school endeavors and community events through sponsorship opportunities, we have developed a fun way to include patients as well!
Our wooden nickel program is a great way for patients to earn fun prizes and gift cards. A reward for being a great patient! It also gives them an opportunity to GIVE BACK.
Twice a year, we provide a opportunity for patients to be involved with a humanitarian project by donating their earned wooden nickels. It is a beautiful thing watching patients give back out of their nickels they have worked hard to earn.

Purchased and collected over 200 backpacks for Ethiopian School Children
“Hope for Dube Bute” campaign
Donated $5000 to the “Hope for Dube Bute” campaign. This project is transforming a remote Ethiopian village with over 25 water wells, 12 new class rooms, new health post and new vet clinic.
